Client Feedback
“We found that there had been a strong commitment to the meaningful involvement of service users and their families. The people we spoke to all confirmed that they had been fully involved in drawing up the personal plan put in place to inform and record the care and support to be provided.
We saw that the personal plans we looked at reflected the needs of service users and how these were to be met to a good standard overall with risk assessments in place to promote safety and wellbeing. Staff had developed positive relationships with individual service users who they knew very well and also had good relationships with their family members who spoke highly of the staff team. There was evidence to show that staff had acted quickly where they had identified issues or changes that concerned them. This had resulted in service users receiving the care and attention they needed from other agencies including health professionals. People told us that the service they had received had been very flexible and responsive to changing needs. We confirmed that staff had communicated well with each other and kept service users and their family members well informed.” Care Inspectorate : March 2017 Report“"I don't know what I would do without them - they've made things so much better for me."”
